Sodium Cyanide is a white crystalline in briquette form and is produced by the synthesis of Sodium Hydroxide and Hydrogen Cyanide from our own Acrylonitrile plant with the refining and crystallizing process. It is used for the extraction or electroplating of gold and silver, and as the raw material of agricultural chemicals and pharmaceuticals. Taekwang had started to produce Sodium Cyanide from 1997 and now has the production capacity of 53,000mt per year but also, qualifies as the leading manufacturer in quality plus quantity. This toxic product is classified as one of the international strategic chemical materials using keenest safety management in production, transportation, storage and usage.
